Vivien Koh’s passion in transforming lives and businesses in the digital age has led her to start VK Transformation, a sales, marketing & services management consulting firm specialising in digital transformation. She has at least 20 years proven track record in sales & marketing leadership experience in Asia Pacific across multiple organizations such as Google, Oracle, EMC and Dell. At Google, Vivien was part of the global senior management team where she championed several high profile business strategic initiatives to accelerate revenue growth, resulting in an increased pace of innovation, 3X the revenue to hundreds of million US Dollars within her first two years and helped 11,000 enterprises transform and adopt digital marketing solutions. Within the first six months at Google, her efforts were recognized through Google’s prestigious Revenue VP Award. With her team of consultants, Vivien helps start-ups, SMEs & MNCs address business challenges to revive or accelerate their business growth by looking for new sources of revenue, customer and partner acquisition, fundraising support, market expansion, improve customer experience, reinvent go-to-market strategies and transform business models. Vivien has trained and developed more than 500 business & marketing leaders and professionals to reach their business and personal aspirations. She is also passionate about sharing her experiences & insights through events, keynote speeches and teaching at Singapore Management University (Design of Business). Vivien holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and Bachelor degree in Economics from University of Western Australia. Andrew is a passionate developer and leader of people, with 25 years of global leadership experience based in Asia. He started his career in the UK and continued in the Middle East in the 1990s in HR & Technology Consulting and Leadership roles. Andrew moved to Singapore and Deutsche Bank in 1998, where he became Managing Director in the Human Resources, Technology and Operations Global Functions. Since 2012 Andrew is an independent Executive Coach. He is also a Teacher and Career Counsellor at Singapore Management University and INSEAD on their Masters programs. Daryl is a master of business rescue and development in large organisations, combining entrepreneurial creativity and pragmatic discipline. He works extensively with organisations ranging from start-ups to large multinational and not-for-profit corporations, particularly in the areas of strategy, innovation, technology, operations, business design, corporate development, and venture capital. He has extensive international and multi-cultural experience in APAC, the US, Europe, and Latin America, having assisted public companies with portfolio strategy, market creation, market expansion, process development and innovation across all areas of business. He is a regular guest speaker at MIT on strategy & innovation and energy efficient IT. Previously, he was MD APAC for Digital Realty managing $1Bn of assets, Senior Vice President of Innovation for Reed Elsevier, and Director of Portfolio Innovation for the BT Group in London. He has also held positions with Enron and BellSouth and co-founded several companies in the technology and internet services space.
