Andrew is a passionate developer and leader of people, with 25 years of global leadership experience based in Asia. He started his career in the UK and continued in the Middle East in the 1990s in HR & Technology Consulting and Leadership roles. Andrew moved to Singapore and Deutsche Bank in 1998, where he became Managing Director in the Human Resources, Technology and Operations Global Functions. Since 2012 Andrew is an independent Executive Coach. He is also a Teacher and Career Counsellor at Singapore Management University and INSEAD on their Masters programs.
